and fleet lettering. We are the sole distributor for RIMFIRE MARKETING and we sell multiple brands of lights, sirens, and two-way radios.

Placing your orders:
Order by fax or e-mail. Resellers utilize a special fax number or
e-mail address for easy ordering.
Order badges by viewing the various manufacturers websites listed above
for style information and then view the manufacturer's
list prices online. Add to the price of the badge the cost of any options like
full color seal, etc. Calculate your reseller discount based on badge
manufacturer. You pay what we pay for shipping or handling
charges.
You can also inquire with us for a quote on custom design work for badges, patches, coins and
lapel pins. Our vendor artists can incorporate your own concepts, designs and
elements into a unique masterpiece centered around a historic town hall, or other
representative image of your department, jurisdiction, anniversary, or special
occasion. Quotes for all other products we sell are available too.
Ordering Policies:
For all products ordered that indicate any law enforcement affiliation,
the order must be shipped to a verifiable agency address.
City Police Equipment and Public Safety Supply may require a
letter of authorization on department letterhead signed by the chief or department head
for some orders.
Orders for individual law-enforcement officers "second" or
"stand-by" badges must be accompanied by a copy of a current valid police ID, a
pay-stub, or other proof of employment along with a departmental phone number.
Payment / Shipping / Returns Info:
All orders must be accompanied by credit card, company check, money
order, or bank cashiers check. (Automatic debit can be set up for resellers with a premier
or business PayPal account.) Checks returned for insufficient funds are subject to
the maximum returned check charge allowed by Virginia law plus any applicable bank charges
and collection fees.
Custom engraved badges take 6-14 weeks depending on the manufacturer.
